Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: October 2025

At Te-Qu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.  

 

Exchange Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated. 

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions: 

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Item must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided 

 

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@te-qu.co within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to exchange, and desired replacement item
  3. Wait for our team to provide you with exchange instructions and confirmation
  4. Package your item securely in its original packaging (if possible) 
    Ship the item back to the address provided by our team

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Te-Qu is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. 

Processing Your Exchange

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 2-3 business days after receipt. 

If your exchange is approved:

  • We will ship your replacement item within 2-3 business days 
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information 

If your exchange is denied:

  • We will notify you via email with the reason
  • Your original item will be returned to you at your expense

Non-Exchangeable Items

All items are eligible for exchange unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. 

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@te-qu.co with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement at no cost to you.
