Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Te-Qu. We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and efficiently.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. 

Shipping Methods & Timeframes 

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after order processing

Please note that shipping timeframes begin after your order has been processed and shipped from our facility, not from the date of purchase.

 

Processing Time 

Orders are typically processed between 2-3 business days. Since some orders are print-on-demand, they may take up to 3-5 business days to ship. During high volume periods (holidays, sales, new releases), processing may take 5-10 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. 

Shipping Costs 

  • Orders under $100: Flat rate shipping fee of $10.00
  • Orders $100 and over: FREE SHIPPING 

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 

Delivery Issues 

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:  

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Contact your local post office with your tracking number
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered before actual delivery)
  4. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us at support@te-qu.co

Delayed Packages: While rare, shipping delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@te-qu.co and we'll help track down your package. 

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Te-Qu is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately at support@te-qu.co - we may be able to update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. International shipping options may be added in the future.
